"Absolutely go anywhere else. Had an appointment, never got texted a link for virtual (no one told me it was the same, I always received a text prior to today). Took me an HOUR to get ahold of someone, scheduling line was horrible customer service and rude, great thing for a mental health office. Oh also don’t worry if you’re having suicidal thoughts, if something happens they’ll just leave you without medication or talking to anyone for two weeks and they couldn’t care less. You can’t leave a message for anyone and ever expect a call back (this is the THIRD time no one’s called back or it’s taken hours to get ahold of anyone, told my provider and she goes “yeah they don’t communicate with me” … HOW is that not an issue in this field?! Literally they care more about the money and getting through their work day than they care about you as a person, if you seriously need help, especially soon, go anywhere else."
