"I had a vet tech this visit I had not seen before and she was outstanding. Her name was Vicky. I could tell everyone in the facility was extremely busy however Vicky kept professional behavior while showing compassion and kindness during our visit. I believe she has a successful career ahead of her. This visit was exceptional and I would again like to thank all who helped care for Fiddle as I know he is a handful for others."

This hospital was so kind, thoughtful and cared from the initial phone call I had to make to a month after when I received a condolence card from all of the staff. I chose a private cremation for my girl and when I went to pick her up everything was so nice, top of the line. The bag, cremation certificate. They even had her in a beautiful urn and velvet bag that it came in. Not to mention her paw print. Thank you all for your genuine care during such a devastating time for me and my family."
