He immediately sighed at me, and got a horrible tone like I was asking him for a huge favor. If he hates answering basic questions, don't answer the phone bud. What do you want me to do? Just not get my pills so you aren't annoyed."

"Update 5/21/2023 Much better service then the 21 mile romeoplank store. The only time you get really good service is Monday through Friday. The people that work the weekend that are not the regular people they’re not as good as the people that work Monday through Friday today is 5 21, 2023. I called this morning to get my prescriptions filled in the male and female that we’re working told me they can’t fill it till tomorrow because the insurance won’t cover it. I don’t care about the insurance I have money to pay for it it is only $12.68. So word to the wise next time your customer comes in once the prescription filled and they called it in and it was supposed t and they come there to get it and it’s not ready you should fire yourself"

"I called to ask that they fill the prescription my doctor had sent over, LIKE I DO EVERY MONTH because for some reason they don't just fill it automatically, and I was told by the pharmacist that "Rite Aid will not let them fill the prescription" and that they're not "working with certain doctor's anymore or my doctor washer reported"?.?.? I've never heard of a pharmacy that does not fill prescriptions written by certain doctors and my doctor is still practicing... I've been taking these meds for over a year now, I get all my meds there. So do I have to find a new Pharmacy and go without my meds this month?????? I called customer support who told me a manger would be in touch with me, and then no one ever called. I suspect that the pharmacist didn't want to fill my script for whatever arbitrary reason. I'm at a loss for words."
