"CVS carepass has been such a hassle for me. I’ve been paying but unable to use it. Since February I have been unable to use my number as they cannot find in the system, card still hasn’t arrived. Cooperate gives and excuse and promises that it’s fix. No compensation for the inconvenience either. I will be canceling before next payment is due."

"I went to the CVS on Dale street in Detroit. I will never go there again. No one would assist me in locating what I needed. I then went to the CVS on 8 Mile and Lasher. Not only did the pharmacist stop what he was doing doing, but came out to help me find what I needed. Unfortunately, they were out but he did tell me the name of the over the counter medicine but what it looked like. When I went to the CVS on 8 Mile near Southfield Rd. I didn't need any assistance from anyone to locate what I needed. This is all thanks to the pharmacist who took time out to help me!!!!!!"

"You know what's frustrating? Trying to support what's close and local to you when the business is determined to be unprofessional and not meet basic expectations. The hours are deceptive. They only open at 9am if the staff feels like it. They close when it's slow...not 8pm. I have been at 630pm on a weekday and the lights are out and the doors are closed. I have been at 915am, knocked on the door, and watched staff talk about nit opening or unlocking the door. I have called the pharmacy for a very basic prescription (hydrocortisone) and been told to wait days....or call another CVS and have them fill the prescription instead. I have called the pharmacy to be answered with "Hello." You know, the same way you answer your personal cell phone. Guys. GET IT TOGETHER. Open on time, close on time, answer the phone professionally, and build some credibility with the neighborhood you serve."
