"CVS is always very helpful with my needs. The staff are always courteous and compassionate. They make picking up prescriptions so easy and are very attentive to my needs."

"Worst pharmacy ever. What took them less than a minute to get my medicine they were telling me to come back in 2 hours because they wanted to leave right as this moment for lunch. I just got out of surgery and had to show my surgery scars to get helped to even get my pain meds. I can’t drive. Had an Uber outside waiting. Than I was asked if I was deaf when I didn’t understand what they were asking at first. What the hell is wrong with these people. Rude as hell and not how a pharmacy should act to thier patients. You are there to help people. Not be condescending and rude."

"Always has my prescription ready when I need it and despite constantly being extremely busy, they'll make sure to take care of everyone. The poor reviews here come from people who expect to be *immediately* waited on hand and foot and seem to have zero patience. Every single pharmacy everywhere will need to have people wait in line as they fill a *lot* of prescriptions. It can't be avoided so calm down and accept the fact that you'll have to wait in line."

"I don’t do this sort of thing unless it’s genuinely important that I do to warn others of the customer service. After waiting in line and watching someone (Lynn I believe tag said) scan someone in and attempt to get a coupon to work for 15 minutes after an attempted manager call (that was even after ten minutes with more than five people on line. The customer stated she was holding up the line and was going to proceed and Lynn successors voiding the entire purchase (a cart full of bags) and trying to re scan again. No manager came. I even got out of line and asked one personal and still nothing. After 20 minutes Lynn suggested we go to the front. I passed 3 workers on my way and arrived at another line about 5 people long and someone waiting for help on the self scan to no avail. I just counted 9 workers on the floor with name tags not including the pharmacy. I come to this cvs almost daily and although the service is never great nobody seemed to care today for sure. What a bummer. Seeing the two senior behind me each waiting patiently and one struggling to breathe let alone stand and wait in line. I went in for creamer and came out over a half out later after allowing the 2 people behind me to go first as they were struggling with waiting as long. This is a very well deserved review."

"When I walk in to a CVS, I don't expect much in terms of customer service. However, I do expect some form of giving a damn even if it's faked. I had one item to pay for. While cashier #1 is busy with a customer who can't find her card in purse, the other cashier takes a customer with a shopping cart full of items who waltzed up without waiting in line. #1 clearly sees me irritated after having waited in line two minutes and decides to side saddle the counter and turn her back towards me. The lack of professionalism (whatever CVS holds their employees to) was disgusting. I feel that it was due to me not being old money (young relative to those that live in the neighborhood) or looking like I drive a Mercedes; why care about someone who's only buying one item that he needs when you can just ignore and help someone that will make the store more profit, regardless of margins."
