"If I could give the Walgreen Pharmacy at this Groesbeck at 13 mile/ Fraser. Mi no stars and the biggest negative ever I would. Apparently Walgreens are employing the absolute rudest people. Kim in the Pharmacy has no phone etiquettes. Not giving customers a chance to finish a question just cutting people off in mid sentence. Don't think it stop at this Walgreen same thing over at the Walgreen at 10 mile and Gratiot the employee didn't even have on a name tag. I spoke with the store manager Todd who apologized and told him your Frontline people are the face of your business and with an employee like the one I encountered at his 10 mile Gratiot location DEFINITELY doesn't portray a pretty picture of his store. My family and I are currently moving all of our prescriptions of the Walgreen system. Shantel"

"I called them to have a script transferred from walgreens to walgreens of course cause always out of stock. so they say give them 45 mins. so I go an hour later, they can’t find me, can’t find my scripts then say who did I talk to? ugh I don’t remember nor did I think I needed to. so 10 mins later they find it & say oh we put it back cause we don’t accept your insurance. lol a phone call would have been nice I just had surgery & im walking around with no pain meds. so I called cvs transferred there & it was ready in 10 mins. needless to say walgreens sucks & they don’t answer their phones"

"How is running out of diabetic pen needles exceptable here? My kid was running low and they couldn't even check to see if the next closes store had some. There's a great managerial ineptitude at businesses these days and this chain needs to restructure."

"You need to stop charging to flavor a antibiotic for a infant and children. When I was kid and when my brother was kid amoxicillin was pink and taste like bubble gum. Now I'm trying to give my 5 month old this white amoxicillin that she spits out. Parents shouldn't have to struggle to give there kids medicine. It should come flavored automatically. I can see an adult paying to have there's flavored. The babies and kids though it's hard enough them being sick. An the only way to get them to take the medicine would be if it was flavored already. So that's a complete scam to charge to flavor antibiotics when you know kids need it."
