"You can't walk into the vet with your pet. They have you sit outside and have to call them to check in. I had an appointment at 11:30am. Got there on time and they kept me on hold for over 10mins. This is totally unacceptable. No reason you can't walk into your own vets office. Poor poor staff and doctors. Do not go here."
"The veterinarian is never in a hurry and is always willing to chitchat at the appointment. All the veterinarian technicians are very friendly and helpful. The kind women at the reception desk will always be smiling and answer questions in a friendly manner. Most of all, our dog told us she isn’t afraid."

"Maple Vet, Dr. Mike and the staff are the best! Hershey loves Dr.Mike and I trust Dr. Mike’s knowledge, the staff is awesome, the office is clean and price is affordable. The curbside check in and separate exit limits the dogs in the lobby and is an extra nice feature. I have gone to Maple Vet for years and have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend Dr. Mike and Maple Vet! Dr. Mike also spends time answering all questions and does not rush through the visit. Dr. Mike and staff will provide the care your animals deserve."
