"This store is outdated with its policies. This the only place that needs a receipt for a refund and can’t do it with your loyalty number or original form of payment. Then they will give you in store credit for the lowest price that has it for. Even days later."

"The worst rite aid. Won’t let my baby use the bathroom while he’s holding it jumping , “no public bathrooms” I mean get over yourself open the door ?? You’ve always had bathrooms since you’ve been open 500 years ago. Rude pharmacist too with the short brown hair. Make exceptions for toddlers learning to be potty trained. Rude"

"Bathrooms are no longer public for customers. Was told to go get a key up front then was told that there are no public bathrooms. Ridiculous. They were just open last week. I work as home nurse practitioner and rely on safe bathrooms to go to throughout my day. Your store was convenient and safe. Bummed I have to find another one in the area."

"My bill was $12.15 give the rude girl at the register $20.00 she gives me back 8.00 immediately knew something didn't add up I asked how much was my purchase she said I don't know it's on the receipt and immediately went back to her book or crossword puzzle. Her personality couldn't have anything to do with her getting hired, but nowadays who knows."
