"This store is a local store to many communities but I don’t think they care. The store is always nasty and dirty. Some employees are very very rude and don’t have any customer service experience or skills. They are understaffed and that plays a role in this too. You’d think the owner would have paid a visit to his/her store and try to implement changes but I guess as long as they’re paid they don’t care about our community!! It’s really sad On a good note there are a few good cashiers up front, one is Belinda and the other is an older light skin lady. They’re really good! The pharmacy is just all rude with the exception of two of them!! This store needs help"
"Believe all the bad reviews you see here. They close and open when they want. It’s 25 mins after time they should be open yet the doors are locked. Customers are all outside waiting to be serviced. There’s not an employee in sight. I’ve Been trying to get my prescription my doctor sent here for the pass 3 days. The whole store was allegedly on lunch the first time I was trying to get my prescription. There’s clearly no leadership in place here. This store needs new management with a 360 turnaround. No service is worst than bad service."
"I have been On hold awaiting someone from CVS pharmacy to pick up the line for over 40 mins( and counting)…RIDICULOUS!!! I checked the CVS app and it stated my prescription has been ready for 3 days, however, when I went there yesterday to pick it up…the prescription was NOT Ready. This is NOT OK!!"
