"I called to give my moms insurance information and the pharmacist refused to take it over the phone and requested only I give them the card in person. I don’t have the card yet, it’s the beginning of the year and it hasn’t been mailed out. I’ve also asked to transfer my meds from another pharmacy to this location a couple months ago and the technician asked me to have the doctor send the medications to them directly. Great customer service at this location."

"Sometimes I go to certain CVS stores and don’t really get all the things expected to buy at the location; this one however had all I needed."

"This is the 3rd CVS pharmacy I have tried to work with due to bad experiences at other locations. This store turned out to be the worst of the 3. The head pharmacist is absolutely terrible. She is argumentative. She will not admit when she is wrong. Talking to her is impossible. She constantly cuts you off, and doesn’t even try to listen to you. There have been multiple times that my prescription was out of stock and on order for long periods of time. When refills have run out they claimed to have contacted my prescriber for a new one, only to find out they didn’t actually contact anyone. They have given me a one month supply of meds stating that it was 3 months worth. Today I get my limit and had all of my scripts transferred to completely different company. I’m done with CVS."
