"The receptionists lack people skills. The doctors at their walk in clinic are even less friendly than the receptionists. Good luck with access to you primary care physician. Appointments are typically booked for 6 weeks to 6 months out and you will be rescheduled. Probably with another doctor because their turn over rate is so high. Unfortunately they offer the only primary care physicians in the community. You'd be better off going to Gaylord to find a doctor."
