"The brace wasn’t fitted properly as they cut so much off one of the straps that it wouldn’t fit over my bandages after surgery. Another strap was so long it wouldn’t fit but I can fix that part. The appointment was really done too quickly to have a correct fit."
"Improperly fitted. Incomplete staff instructions. Then he offered to throw out the "extra parts" and instructions. A month later: Defective brace. Manufacturer said go back to the store. Screw that, I've got a welder. I'm good. Malyssa at the front desk, and another gal in the back get five stars. The fella that fitted my brace, not so much. Oh, and that guy didn't know, or DIDN’T REALIZE the DIFFERENCE between FLEXION and EXTENSION."
