"Unethical. Negligent. Unprofessional.Not compliant of HIPAA. I had a debilitating issue that was life changing and life stopping. I called to be seen, and had to play phone tag for days to even get an appointment. I called to let them know I was struggling to even make it to the appointment, and ended up being 1 minute late. Rather than “doing no harm” they told me if its so bad go to the ER. Called to speak to the office manager, and was spoken to by the most unprofessional and degrading staff member, Jackie Morley. Patient care is the last of their priorities here. Jennifer raised her voice to me, was accusatory and aggressive and truly just rude and unprofessional. When a patient is in need, their doctor should help them. Thats the bottom line. But at this practice, the entire structure is only for financial gain. They withheld medication to the point that our pharmacist was shocked at the unethical conduct. Jackie even said she didn’t know what I was going through but had been in medicine and provided zero helpful feedback other than her truly aggressive attitude and unprofessionalism. You would think that if a patient is in true need, the doctor would not refuse care over 1 minute and advise you to see someone who doesnt care. Ironically she agreed that going to the ER is terrible for the continuation of care and did nothing to help. Policies are policies, but unethical and immoral behavior is disguised behind their policies. They do not care about their patients and will hide behind their “policies” to be as unprofessional, rude, immoral, unethical and negligent. Jackie Morley could have tried to find a solution to help a patient, but was more interested in being rude and aggressive. She in fact to told me to stop talking so she could talk. Seemed like she took joy in withholding patient care. An apology would have been the place to begin when dealing with a devastating life event. Additionally, Jackie shared private medical information over the phone without verifying the patient and enduring they were authorized. I guess she hasn’t heard of HIPAA either."

"Sarah Wadoski is the biggest joke in the medical field. It's obvious why's she's only a PA-C and not an M.D. weird that 8 days after my last appointment I get a letter for dismissal from the office due to "missed appointments" from over a year prior that I have 0 record of, sounds like an excuse pulled out of you know where. What really happened is I went to these appointments with obvious symptoms of an ongoing issue and with a year+ of no good awnsers and not knowing exactly how to treat the issue at hand she would rather drop me as a patient then continue to try and help someone in need. Not only that but did it right as she's going vacation for 2 months so she knew she wouldn't have to talk to me about the situation. IF THEY TRY AND STICK YOU WITH SARAH, ABORT."

"Fantastic providers! I see Sara as a primary care provider, and she is absolutely fantastic. It’s hard to find a doctor that listens to the patient and treats them as such instead of one that treats the lab values and numbers. This practice has helped me so much with my health already and I haven’t even been seeing them for a year yet. Highly recommend this place for anyone in need of a doctor."
