Dr. Thayer was as upbeat and funny as I remembered and the nurse (I didn't catch her name but we chatted eczema and melasma- sunBLOCK vs sunscreen and she kindly gave me a sample.) was super sweet and helpful. Dr. Thayer listened to my concerns, then zapped the spot in question and a 2nd one-in literally 5 seconds, basically painlessly. I'd never had a skin issue removed, but it was no big deal at all. Plus I didn't need to wait a long time for the appointment and got in right on time today. Highly recommend! Thank you so much :)"
"I feel like they were not upfront about COST. Even after asking. After many 5-10 min visits billed at $ 370.18 we still have the not removed a simple wart. If I could give 0 stars I would. I feel like visits are added just to get more money."
"I came in to have a mole examined. The doctor and nurse were both pleasant and made me feel at ease. The mole was removed without any pain. I was comfortable the entire time. It turned out the mole was a melanoma so the doctor removed more tissue. Again I was comfortable during the entire procedure. Yesterday’s appointment was a checkup for any new changes. The doctor is friendly and knowledgeable. I feel confident coming here."
