"Called the Menominee office by mistake… was trying to reach the Marinette office and the woman on the other end (Heather) was so rude and sounded extremely irritated that I was wasting her time at the end of her work day. She then tried to be helpful by asking me if I wanted the other offices number. Trying not to annoy her anymore I stated no thank you I’ll get it from google. Where she responded “WHATEVER, bye”… I don’t care what people have going on in there day, there is no reason to be rude to someone for no reason."
