"I don't like or agree with the policy that when you request an appointment for almost any concern it is classified as an emergency visit with an additional fee of $80 even though the appointment can be as much as a week or more away. Other than that I like the care they provide."

"The regular vet is very nice and helpful. However, we took our dog there when there was another vet filling in. We explained we thought our dog had an allergic reaction to a flea collar, possible dermatitis. He didn’t even touch my dog to examine him. I also asked to have my dogs vision looked at as he is quite old. The vet stood directly in front of my dog and moved then said he was fine. We were told to give him baths with a medicated shampoo and to give him omega 3. He was also prescribed a pill for his shaky leg. We said our other dog seemed to have a similar issue with the itching and he didn’t address that. 2 weeks later, both dogs were so itchy we called back. We were met with a sigh when we said the fill in vet saw us. We were told to bring in both dogs to be rechecks, and this would be a free recheck, they set up a time in a Saturday. The normal vet saw us and put them both on steroids, antibiotics, and allergy pills. Dermatitis. She stated they would call us Thursday to follow us. We were then charged $600. The front desk said they never told us the recheck would be free. And it was billed as urgent since it was a Saturday. We had already been planning to move our dogs to a different clinic due to how the vet tech treats them..but this visit and the runaround with billing sealed it. The vet tech does not seem very dog friendly for working in a vet clinic. Oh…and we are still waiting for that follow up phone call from last Thursday."

"Wish there was a no star they took $150 from me for an appointment to have my suffering dog Hayden put down. Called me a day before to tell me they had to postpone till later that week. I would love to take my money back and go somewhere else but they won't give my money back till the same day they postponed the appointment to. I asked whether I could get some sort of discount for the inconvenience. The lady on the phone Becky laughed at me and told me I was the problem. They don't care about animals they care about their bottom line. Horrible service not willing to work with customers at all. 0/5 stars. Just disgraceful"

"1st time going to Bayshore as we just moved to Menominee, very impress how through Doc is, she explains everything very well and will answer all of your questions! Definitely happy with our choice. Office staff was very kind and helpful also."
