"Went to pickup medication from the pharmacy. I waited for 15 minutes in line behind 2 other people that nobody was helping. Literally took maybe 2 min for the clerk to help them by telling them their medication wasn't ready yet. I got up there and I had an issue with one of my medications. The clerk requested help from the pharmacist on duty but no answer or attempt. It took me 50 minutes to get a quarter of my order because I told them I'll come back for the rest later. I will never return for items or medication. Avoid this place at all cost, I could tell the clerk was frustrated with the no response, but the clerk also was acting as if this was normal. The pharmacists don't care about the people coming in. Save yourself and avoid this CVS location."

"So they are so lazy! They don’t show up all week to fill prescriptions then decide Thursday to come in. Then they decide that they don’t have to do their jobs and fill prescriptions from 4 days ago until after I sat in line for an hour…. Only to come back again and sit . For an hour and a half!!!! 2 cars away from drive thru they close after being open for 6 hours! What disrespectful people!!!!"

"This store is rude. They don't answer phone calls. My mother inlaw waited for 55 minutes. She had to call four different times. I'm truly unhappy. The staff has the worst customer service ever. She will be changing pharmacys. Plus the pharmacist is so rude. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Used to be great but ever since Covid has taken over this pharmacy has been beyond terrible. I have been trying to get a prescription filled since March 29th. They keep saying I need a preauth...my doctor keeps sending them one and they continue to screw it up and start it over, made it looked like my prescription was filled and I picked it up (which never happened) and then says it's due to be filled in August. the pharmacy manager is a, well use your own term, refuses to acknowledge they've screwed up and continue to tell me I need a pre auth. We have been dedicated to them for two years but I can't stand incompetent people and rude managers."

"Did my kid's sports physical. Gotta say the provider was super super professional. Some hyper-sensitives might see her as rude, but she did a great great job staying safe, performing the tests, informing us of everything we needed, ect... Great Job, Becky!"
