"This pharmacy does not deserve one star but I had to give them one star to write my review it is pretty good when you get 3 text that your prescription is ready you go pick it up and the pharmacy is closed and the sign on the door said closed all day how am I supposed to get my prescription that I need when they are not open THEY NEED TO GET A PHARMACISTS LIKE MARY I go pick up a prescription on 12 13 23 and they were closed again I guess they work when they want to and screw the people that have prescription to be picked up"

"I used to love this pharmacy and loved the excuse to make a Target Run. However, in the last year, it’s been a terrible experience every time. After my c-section, my husband tried to get my meds and they had closed in the middle of the day but had started the request, so the pain meds couldn’t be transferred and still covered by insurance, AND they stayed closed for 2 weeks straight… so I went without. Now, with my normal prescriptions, I try multiple times after they’re filled to pick them up, but who knows if they’ll ever actually be open when they’re supposed to be. Even though I tried multiple times to pick them up, my necessary prescription is now expired and I will have to wait for my doctor to refill and send it elsewhere. Don’t send prescriptions here, especially if they’re critical!!"

"Luckily I had a one-time script to be filled, unfortunately it was here. First they couldn't find my e-script, then proceeded to literally yell the cost of my meds at full volume, then was told they may not have it in stock. If you don't want to help people or be professional don't work in a "people-oriented" career. I will say the blonde lady working there was very pleasant, respectful, and professional. Her coworker was the problem."

"Usually, we love this store. Lately, we have not. Correct store hours are not posted, and I have been on hold for over 30 minutes with TWO different phones calling their desk number. Don’t try to contact Target themselves because they are absolutely no help. They will just tell you to continue to wait on the phone and that they essentially have no way to help you contact someone, even though they’re in the same building. I shouldn’t have to go multiple days NOT being able to get ahold of anyone."

"My script auto-refilled on the 5th and wouldn't allow me to submit any earlier. Well, I am going to be out of my medicine today and my script still says "In Process". I tried calling, my doctor tried calling and no one could get an answer. I went into the pharmacy after they opened and found they still had their gates down. After waiting, a man finally approached me saying that their systems were down and there was nothing he could do about it. I told him my script had been processing for several days and he said, "Well that's probably because no one has been working. I was here until midnight last night". So now, I am unable to transfer this med out of there because of it's status. And if my doctor calls in a new script somewhere else, my insurance won't pay because it has already received a claim for the original script. So now I will have to pay OOP for this script and scramble around to figure something out. Mary has always been incredible and we never had these issues when I saw her there the most."
