"I feel that everyone I was in contact with in the office from the 'resident' doctor to the urologist and the person in billing are incompetent. I have never left a doctor's office feeling so attacked and shamed I cried for 20 minutes in the parking lot. I need kidney stone surgery however I do not currently have insurance so the doctor said I can deal with the pain because he "doesn't want to put me in the poor house", and sent me on my way. I stopped at the billing desk to pay my bill, threre is a 50% discount for same day pay and she said I was good but when I got home I had a message to call because I didn't pay. I called the number they left and they still had not got the invoice so .... No bill no pay???"
