"My problem isn’t with the stylists. They were always so sweet and helpful. My issue is with the women who work the front desk. I genuinely feel like they don’t know how to talk to people. There’s ways of getting your point across and being profesional about it without being snappy or rude. Especially over things that are so small. I also peep that when things go wrong, there’s absolutely no accountability. They are QUICK to deflect and point fingers instead of apologising for mistakes and moving forward. Things happen sometimes, but the way you address it and speak to people can make or break a situation."

"I will never suggest the school to anybody I talk to. In fact, I’ve told multiple people to look into other schools. I’ve had almost nothing but bad experiences with this school. I attended the manicure program in November 2022. I was finished by the end of February 2023. I did not have graduation until about May or June. And then I didn’t receive my diploma for another month to six weeks after. Meanwhile, it’s July 31, 2023 and the school still has not gotten, my state exams scheduled. I know it’s through psi, which is a different company but this is still ridiculous. By the time I schedule my exam I’m going to have to re-study everything because at this point I have forgotten almost everything I learned. I just did not think, this is how my experience would go. I spent over $4000 to attend the school, and it’s almost a year later and I still have nothing to show for it. Not to mention I have not been able to make any of my money back or profits. So I am highly displeased with his whole experience honestly. I did this to start a new career path and learn a new skill and to have a steady income. So far none of these things happen for me. All I did was spend a bunch of money and have a bunch of headache."
"Today both of my grandchildren received great service. The instructors were very helpful as the students needed them. My grandson got a great hair cut. And my granddaughter got her first salon hair wash. All students were very respectful and professional. We will be coming back again."
