"Terrible place. The instructors were inconsiderate and rude and really made everyone uncomfortable and stressed and was overall a terrible terrible experience. I asked when makeup days were and the co teacher yells and goes “WE WENT OVER THIS YESTERDAY THESE ARE MAKEUP DAYS NEVER ASK AGAIN” and during the test, I asked a question and she gave me the answer without giving me the answer."
"Handicap mother was recommended this school. Contacted “school” and set up appointment no information was given. Upon arrival they made her take a driving and written exam for which she was not prepared. She was put in a vehicle she had never driven in before and was reprimanded for driving 5 under the speed limit. Terrible communication was expecting to receive classes to learn how to drive with new disability not given test and later told others older than my mother passed instead of receiving encouraging advice. Would not recommend."
"Instructors are knowledgeable, thorough, and experienced. Driving starts a week or two into the course (explained up front), but the state requires that it must be finished within 2 weeks of the last day of the class. Questions were promptly answered."
"Instructors were knowledgeable, and my son was picked up and taken back home when he went out for his actual driving instruction. We were extremely happy with the program. If someone says that the instructors don't know what they're doing, they themselves probably don't actually know the rules of driving."
"School takes in more students then they have the capacity to actually give driving time. We have received numerous excuses, and broken appointments to give drive time, we still have no permit due to lack of time behind the wheel. If you are not in a hurry, or have a child that really doesn't want to drive this is the place. Lack of staff should have been discussed BEFORE we signed up and paid. The upside is that the instructors they do have are excellent."
