"Sent in pictures for my daughter's fifth birthday. Said they would be ready the next day. Showed up 3 hours after they were due and the attendant said oh yeah they didn't print because we forgot to put paper in the machine. So we don't have any pictures for her birthday. Absolutely horrible! Do not go to the store, go to any other store you can. Thanks CVS, your ineptitude has made it so we don't have pictures for a little girl's 5-year-old birthday party. Well done."
