"You can only call the main phone line now, not your actual doctor's office. The main line won't schedule you an appt unless you speak to the triage nurses. They put you on hold for said nurses for 30 or more minutes...if they answer at all. Then they tell you you can't see your actual doctor unless you want to wait 3 weeks. Completely broken system. I have had to go to urgent care several times now because I can't get in to see my doctor. I have to pay about $200 per urgent care visit vs the doctor that would be covered on my work insurance. Worst system ever, and despite numerous complaints all over the web they aren't changing it. I will miss my actual doc--she was awesome--but I can't keep running in circles with a phone line that does nothing but stall, hoping I'll stop calling..."
"I've had a good experience with specific physicians at this clinic but they are not equipped to do anything outside of a yearly physically. If you need specialized care in any way, you'll end up needing a referral to one of the Ann Arbor UMich locations."
"I switched to this practice a year ago, I have never been so happy with my care as I have with this group. Even if you can’t see your PCP, the NP, their partners are all wonderful, they take their time with you, listen to you and are thorough. They are so personable, and I genuinely feel like they care about you."
"I absolutely love this doctors office! Dr Schact is my PCP and she never rushes me away, listens very thoroughly, double checks on the U of M shared network for possible updates from other doctors that we may need to discuss and will talk about every single concern I have with my health then go over the options help me decide the best route of treatment for each concern. Currently with Co-Vid going around there is the option of video appointments where you have face time with the doctor, no waiting and still very thorough. I have been a U of M patient for six years and wish I had found this network sooner. It's all around amazing. The fact that I can check my full medical record online via the Patient Portal is a huge plus as well."
"They stayed on time and provided great service. They were following patient safety protocols to keep workers as well as patients safe from Covid19. I drive a little over an hour to this location as my primary is here and he is exceptional!"
