"Perfect example of a one person ruing it for everyone else! I had to deal with Mia Huff front desk. OMG she 's such a careless, incompetent and rude representative, I hope the business will do something significant about it! On another note the manager, Jenifer was more than kind , helpful and willing to fix Mia's mistakes. Dr Kara is also a very nice person, knowledgeable doctor and great with kids, I recommend the practice so far, and I hope they will do something about their problems so I can change my review to 5 stars! Good Luck WP"

"Awful experience! The receptionist was Rude, Unprofessional, and Cuts you off mid sentence. I was told 3 seperate dates that intake would contact me back and Never did! Mental health services you should know how to deal with patients. This is my 1st complaint on anything so that sais how bad it was (just over the phone)"
"Dr, Ajluni is an amazing doctor, he is easy to get an appointment with and will call me if I request a call right away. He is very helpful and listens to all my concerns. I would highly recommend him. Mia at the front desk is also amazing and always helpful. She is so nice to my son and he loves to see her when we go in to the office."
"This is an absolute horrible office and they are committing fraud. DO NOT GO HERE! When we stopped taking our children to their doctors because they were of no help (all 3 different dr's our kids went to) they some how got my in-laws address (a place my husband hasn't lived in 13yrs) and switched over all their billing to that address. So our insurance company that did approve 100% originally with our current address that was on our license that they took a copy of and all over the paper work this dr's office made us fill out is now rejecting our office visits here because this corrupted dr office. Of course we didn't get any notices because we don't live there and barely talk to our in-laws. How dare this dr. office not use the correct address nor call us when there was concerns (ie they're not going to call us with any issues or concerns with billing issues because they want our cash). I will never recommend any of these poorly trained doctors or staff. Please go to the Cruz Clinic in Livonia what an amazing staff."
