She is so rude and cuts me off, assuming she knows what i am trying to say, and winds up getting me so frustrated. After viewing the reviews before mine, I see that I'm not the only one that feels this way about the same employee. I just wish that she didn't always make things so difficult by acting like she's oh so smart"
