"Desk staff was nice. Waiting area can be kinda cramped when there are large dogs waiting, but it is a good size. The vet tech and doctor were both very nice and gave helpful advice and answers. Easy check out and appointment setup."

"Dr. Armstrong has been wonderful with our dog Daisy, who was recently diagnosed with diabetes and Cushings disease. She thoroughly explains everything. Tiffany, the tech who showed us how to administer Daisy's insulin, was great also. The whole office is very helpful. I am so glad we switched years ago."

"We love it here! We moved from Grand Rapids to Norton Shores just over a year ago (& left a vet we’d had for years) so we were nervous to find a new one. First local one we called was not very kind on the phone, instant turn off. The second one we tried, still didn’t allow owners inside due to Covid, hard turn off. It was Dec 2022!! Well God works in mysterious ways, Third call to Clarke’s was the charm! I asked if they were allowing owners inside. “Absolutely!” Went straight there to get our info in and first appointment setup. Everyone was so warm and welcoming! We Instantly felt great about the place as a whole! Our first visit for our Toy Poodle Archie was with a tech so we hadn’t met any of the Dr’s yet. The tech brought him back and Dr. Armstrong brought him back out to see/meet his owners! She was so warm and obviously loved Archie so it was a no brainer! Our next appointment and every one since has been with her and she has been fantastic! Great at answering my 1,000 questions, very knowledgeable and obviously loves animals, which is huge!! We have since added Olive to our family who equally loves everyone here! 10/10 recommend!!!!"

"The doctor was amazing with Grumman our Irish-Doodle.. He was helpful and pleasant. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend Clarke Animal Hospital! Also, after Grumman’s dew claw surgery and being neutered he had to wear a cone. It came off on our way home accidentally. We drove back to the vet and were very helpful and even came out to my car to help get his come back on."
