"I've been a patient at Trinity Health Michigan (THM) for years. My wonderful therapist received another opportunity and referred my to Dr. Saroog. Totally disappointing. I called the office and spoke to the receptionist, whom was great. I was informed I had a grace period for 15 minutes, I arrived 1 minute prior to my appt ending. She (Dr. Saroog) would not come out and speak with me, this was my first visit. I felt mentally, physically, and incredibly filled with anxiety. I asked if she would speak to me for a minute. No. If she had another appointment, why couldn't she just take my time for 11 minutes. But to call me and one minute later to be totally ignored was rude and disrespectful to a mental health patient. I requested another doctor, and hopefully I will get back to their service I'm used to receiving at THM ...."

"I was very impressed when it took only 15 minutes from the time I left my car to the time I returned to my car to get my blood drawn for tests. This includes registration, sitting in waiting room, getting blood drawn. Very happy with this quick experience!!!"

"Not as well run as the facility on Dequindre in Sterling Heights. For some reason they need your actual order from your doctor for everything here, they need it to see why your here and to know what you are getting done and then after checking in they need it again when you go to the other room to wait because for some reason the check in desk doesn’t talk to the waiting room desk in the Sterling Heights facility once they find it on the computer everyone knows why your here and what to do. This place seems like they are still learning how to do their job."

"Aweful first time experience here having blood drawn for tests. Entered with my own face mask. Had to check in at wellness desk (temp ck etc) told I had to switch to hospital mask. It didn't fit my ears and made my hearing aids pop out. (Which I had to remove) their comment was "oh yeah they don't work well with hearing aids" no other option offered. I was given a number ticket to go wait for the registration person to call me. I sat a long time not knowing if they called me. Finally I hear a six so I went up and asked if they called 66, response garbled, I asked again, garbled answer, finally they snarkily say 66 I've been calling you for ten minutes. (Mind you she never stood up was wearing a mask and sitting behind two large computer monitors. Urgh!! They should have had around the head type masks to offer as well as a light up number sign to show which number person they were calling/waiting on. I'm giving two stars as the blood draw person was very nice."

"Everyone here is extremely nice and wonderful. I had a very good experience from the time I walked in to do my COVID screening, the the ladies health receptionists and especially Mary (who did my mammogram) and Brooke (who did my ultrasound). Brooke and Mary were extremely professional, understanding and kind. Very happy with my visit."
