"Not a great experience at all. After a week of trying to control high blood pressure I finally went into an urgent care where they told me I was having a hypertension emergency and I needed to get into an ER. I get there and the lady who checked me in was very kind but it went downhill from there. When I get into the nurse he asks why am I even there, this seems like something my primary can handle and says I'm wasting my time. My BP was 181 over 111. I was a little taken aback but this but listened to him lecture me for about 5 minutes. After an couple hours my bp got good enough where they did not admit me and told me to set il an appointment with a cardiologist. The nurse then comes back and tells me "see I told you". He was very dismissive and condescending the whole time. Then the discharge desk was rude as can be ,searching my paperwork from me, and rudely saying that she didn't need me and yelling next in line. I know you do this on a daily basis and probably grow a little cold but for us this is a scary time. I hope never need an er again but if I do it won't be this one"

"I’ve been sitting in the waiting room since 630pm and it’s now 3am. No one has told me anything about any of my test results. I was taken out of the waiting room to lie in a bed in a hallway for hours while only getting my blood pressure taken. I got all these tests & X-rays ordered but no one has yet to tell me why or what they mean or anything. If I wasn’t very concerned for my health I would leave. Crazy you come to a hospital to feel better and safe but instead all you encounter is nasty attitudes from the staff and a very obvious lack of concern. I will never come back to this place again in my life"

"Melissa and I came here for our baby girl’s delivery and I really can’t say more about the quality of the folks. Every shift, every staff member was fantastic. From the time we came in, Geraldine was a god send and her beautiful Irish accent was so calming and re-assuring. She helped us get our ashes on Ash Wednesday, constantly kept our coffee topped off with fresh pots and was amazing at keeping Melissa calm. Even better is Nora, our daughter’s name, is Irish for “Honor”, so this just couldn’t have been scripted any better. Despite a lengthy birthing process, Dr. Winslow and Dana were amazing and coached Melissa all the way through to the end. Lastly, Julie, who was with us the last day while we were taking care of some borderline jaundice, was again a saint. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. We are forever grateful for this experience. Please never let this quality of care waver. You all love your jobs and it shows. God bless."

"Went to ER for breathing issues due to COVID-19. Waited for 3 hours and never saw a doctor. I had tests done that I had to look up my own results and determined I was waiting for nothing. I was then billed pretty much for coming in the ER for a stupid amount of money in which I protested. I was not allowed to present my own findings and facts and they blanket rejected my protest. No follow up from a patient advocate. Customer service is non existent. They can't break down their billing as determined by law as to what services besides the tests that I received."
