"Worst experience EVER! My flight was cancelled from ORD to MKG with less than 12 hours notice. Thankfully American airlines rebooked me to GRR. On my way back out, they overbooked the flight and the plane was overweight. With no American flight to go back out on, I had to rebook with Delta and pay $300 more! I will NEVER fly Southern Airways Express again!"
"Fifteen dollars overnight fee and I tied down my airplane. Full service fuel service was fast and they did not gusher my 150 which is nice. Avis is onsite next door and has cars so that helped me to add a star otherwise the place is locked down after hours with no terminal access and that is a big downer. Not my kind of airport but I had a mission to visit the submarine memorial for the USS Flier which is in the USS Silversides museum. $15 to tie down on the taxpayer provided ramp for the FBO that pumps lots of Jet-A?"
"Was here for the Wings Over Muskegon air show and it was fantastic! We walked along one of the runways to get to and from our cars, and got to watch and look at a whole host of aircraft! Can't wait for next year!"
"Flight was canceled 30 mins before we were supposed to take off!! I never got an email just had a worker walk up to us while we were walking into the air port to tell us the fight is cancelled! This caused us to miss the rest of our flights to our vacation. All while trying to travel with a 11month old. Very inconvenient paid 1200$ for our round trip day of booking now telling us it will take 20 days to receive a refund, they sure didn’t take 20 days to take our money. Ever since Covid flying anywhere seems to just be a nightmare."
