"For a McDonald's this is one of the better ones. Small location attached to a gas station. I've only used the drive thru, there's just one lane. Staff is friendly and they always get my order correct. Occasionally there's a line, but if there is then the food is hot and fresh. It can be a little difficult getting in and out because of the location but it's worth it."
"This is a terrible McDonald's. It opens at 6a.m. but I just sat at the window trying to order, but no one was taking orders. When I pulled up to the pay window, no one was there.... when I pulled up to the pick-up window, there were 3 employees just chatting away.... custom service is horrible here. Left with nothing"
"The African American Women With Dreads/Braids that be in the drive through window every morning is horrible. If I could give zero stars I would. I used to go here everyday before work but it’s so hard coming because she throws my mood off everyday with that stank attitude. I understand y’all don’t have enough employees but y’all are going to lose customers for good if this continues. Started going to the one on Crocker 10/10 recommended!"
"No Ice, no problem but at least SAY something. That’s twice this happened to me. No card, no problem, I have cash. Get the card system fixed. More than one time as well. Seriously, management needs to start managing their workers in customer service. FINE, you don’t want to speak, cool but at least smile…"
