"If you like missing items on your order and a customer service that is less useful than a toddler giving you direction then this is the restaurant for you. If we order online, in store or even delivery we are always missing items. And the best part is even after spending the extra money to have it delivered you still have to drive up there to get your food. Customer service is of no help and only offers a coupon to the inconvenience and missing food, not a refund for the upcharged price of the food, the delivery fee or the tip for the driver and you still get the joy of now burning the fuel that you spent money on just to get the food you already paid for, making it cost even more . So do yourself a favor and just go elsewhere."
"If you order through the app, you will not receive your sauces or fulfill selected customizations, drink was 3/4 filled, burrito was not grilled or easy on beans, and multiple food items are smashed/thrown together. The lady at the window is sweet and friendly, yet it is a very long wait compared to any other location. They direct traffic while you're in the drive-thru line to manipulate the time clock to reflect a shorter wait time in their computer system. Won't be returning to this location."

"I will drive out of my way to come to this taco bell. The lady working the drive through tonight was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet, so kind, professional friendly. The food was fresh. Double checked to make sure the order was correct."
"My husband picked up lunch and we were both excited to try the grilled cheese dipping taco and it was quite the disappointment. We opened the wrappers and both were a sloppy mess thrown together, looked absolutely nothing like it is advertised. We couldn't even pick it up to "dip" it because it was just a pile of goo. The flavor was very good and the rest of our food was good but you really need to do better with the grilled cheese dipping taco. I am giving two star for food but the GCDT was a -1, our experiences at this Taco Bell are usually very good."
