"Always felt this is the best coffee of all coffee shops and the muffins great. Recently I went inside and was surprised to find they offer soup and sandwiches that are very tasty. Cream of broccoli soup is very good"
"I go to Tim Hortons at least twice a week if not more and I just stopped into this location which normally I go through the drive-thru but there was nobody in the Drive-Thru or inside when I walked in, the lady was getting donuts out and said she would be right with me. 4 minutes go by and she took two orders through the drive-thru and didn't even take my order. As a business owner myself I am extremely patient especially this time of year and seeing as they only had three people working but to take orders from customers who were there after another customer is extremely rude and unprofessional. Needless to say I left and went somewhere else and got something to eat"
"Every time I come here my drink or food is messed up. Sometimes I get the wrong coffee or my drink is not made properly the food is always cold. I understand staffing is an issue and they are short staffed but I feel like waiting 20 minutes to not even place an order is a bit much."
"The daytime staff at this one is just terrible. There are 2 other Tim Hortons within a 4-minute drive save yourself the hassle and go to one of them. It's worth driving 4 minutes past this location for the better service, And to not have coffee grounds at the bottom of your drink and a half cooked grilled cheese. I would imagine all three have the same owner but the staff at the other two seem to care much more than the cass and groesbeck location."
"They're pretty decent, most of the time the girls in there ware kinda tight pants/leggings, be careful there's creeps out here, you need a dress code asap. Another thing, I don't know who exactly is the store manager now but I'm happy that April is no longer there, I do not understand how she did not get fired, she have said and some horrible things in the past in that store. But to the new store manager, please keep your pants up, no one wants to see your butt regardless your gender, you also lack patience, respect, you are not humble. I know you just got your position but PLEASE work on yourself now so it'll be a smooth sailing down the future with Timmys."
