"The manager is very polite and provides great and timely customer service. I frequent this location and to say that the staff is uninterested would be overly positive. I usually walk in because often times they screw up my order, even though I ask politely for "no cheese or meat" on a breakfast sandwich due to allergies. The place is often dirty and messy. I'm sitting here now and out of 8 tables, 1 is clean. The floors are full of stuff, the runners especially."
"This Tim Hortons location (39043 Garfield Road) is absolutely AWFUL. I have been here multiple times thinking that perhaps they were just having an off day, but I have consistently gotten incorrect orders and snooty and rude service. Any coffee is horribly bitter, and every time I ask for cream or sugar it is never added (or at least you can never taste it), the hot chocolate tastes more like hot water, and I have gotten items the wrong size twice. Whenever I ask for corrections, I am always met with disdain and annoyance, as if the employees are bothered by my mere presence. This location has left such a bad taste in my mouth (metaphorically AND literally) that I will LITERALLY drive out of my way to other Tim Hortons locations because I know that no matter what I order or what I say, I will be repeatedly disappointed by anything I buy here. When I say do not go here, I mean it. You'd get better coffee at the 7/11 across the street."
