"They closed the dining room 2 hours early and have all online orders and pick ups go thru the drive thru, or if you ordered thru the drive thru they make you pull around and wait for them to bring it outside. It’s seriously like 15+ cars out here waiting to be serviced. Ridiculous"

"This location has been on a steady decline for years. When it first opened up it was great, but over time it has become more and more problematic. The TL;DR of my review is: Do not come to this Little Caesar’s. You will waste far too much time. If you ever do get your pizza, it will be perfectly fine quality. But it would take less time to drive an additional 15 minutes to a functional Little Caesar’s than use this one. Current issues include: -Often when you pull into the drive-through, there’s nobody there on the microphone to take your order. This is very typical in off-peak hours. However, there is no indication that the drive-through is closed. Upon angrily leaving the drive-through, you can watch several other customer experience the same issue and drive away -The drive through menus haven’t worked for years. The fact that they just won’t fix them and never will is a microcosm of the whole establishment -The speaker in the drive-through barely functions (if someone actually asks for your order that is) - Often you can enter the store and nobody will be at the counter or come to the counter (you can hear employees in the back). This is very typical in off peak hours - When there is someone staffing the drive-through (I.e, peak hours) expect high wait times. 20min+ - When there is someone staffing the counter inside the store (I.e., peak hours), also expect extreme wait times. Same as the drive-through -As others have commented, ordering online through the app does not mitigate the issues listed above. Add 15-30min to the stated completion time in the app"

"I never give out 1 stars. My wife placed an online order for a 6 pm pick up got there around 5:55 . Walked in and place was packed people walking out and not getting there orders. The staff were in back playing around walking in and out of the bathroom. The manager decided to leave and go to the store with a crowded restaurant.asked for my order they said they just received it at 6 when order was placed at 5 pm. Was quoted 10 minutes but waited over 40 minutes. Will never go back to this location. Got home food was very greasy like it was just thrown into the box."

"Absolutely horrible experience. I placed an order online that said est time was 20-25 mins. I waited over AN HOUR to contact the store to find out the status of my order when I was disconnected 3 TIMES. I finally spoke to the manager and after 1.5 hrs she told me my pizzas were ready (a hour n ready stuffed crust and a 2 topping pizza). I went to the drive thru and was told I had to have exact change. When I said I didn't have change the young man walked away for ANOTHER 15 MINUTES. I had to knock on the window and honk, asked for the manager who stated they were very busy (I was the only car in the drive thru and there was 1 customer inside the store). She apologized and handed my order to me. I came home only to find a plain cheese pizza and a stuffed crust that were clearly old and cold. I waited 2 hours for the wrong cold pizzas and I will never be back. ** We normally get pizza 2x a month and have had troubles with this store the last 2x we were there **"

"The manager was totally useless. It took over an hour to get a hot and ready or slow and cold as we call it. Well, it was actually a half pepperoni and half Italian sausage. We also ordered the crazy combo, but they didn't give us the sauce. The store was totally backlogged. The drive thru was closed. There was almost a fist fight because a customer asked for a refund after waiting for an hour and not getting a pizza. The employee at the counter had fewer customer service skills than a rabid dog. He was getting no support from anyone so it could be a little understandable. The manager, at this point, decided to go outside and do something on her phone rather than help the employee at the counter or to get the back going on making pizza. The pizza was cold. The breadsticks didn't look done, and the sauce was missing. It was not a great pizza and didn't meet the company standards. Mike Illich would be pissed at the speed and lack of customer service at this store. Instead of rolling dough, he is rolling in his grave at the incompetence of the staff and the quality of food. If I could give negative stars, I would. This was the worst Little Caesar experience ever."
