"Trying to get in contact with the owners of this facility!! Our in person visit was ok. When we had to call with concerns with our pet after being put on a new medication, and being treated like our concerns werent valid. The Vet we saw, called me in between surgeries yesterday and after voicing my concerns, starting yelling at me on the phone. I found that to be very unprofessional as well as him telling me to take our Records and business elsewhere!! Between the of us, and before I got married to my Husband, he/we had/have been taking animals there for well over 20+ years and NEVER been treated so rudely until now!! Hope the owner sees this and reaches back out to me."
