"These people at this establishment is rude as hell yall! And I swear I’m one of the nicest and most forgiving people ever. But when I tell y’all I wanted to crawl through the plexi glass!?! The manage who’s a woman first of all hung straight up in my face after I called them asking were they hiring because I’ve made the mistake of a filling out an application and going in for an interview with a fast food company who said they were hiring at a certain location and told me they weren’t hiring anyone else for the year due to full staff. So I called to be sure and not waste my time, this broad had the audacity to hang up in my face without even the courtesy of just saying no. I don’t care how busy they were it’s called CUSTOMER SERVICE for a reason. If you can’t provide good customer service then maybe this job isn’t for you. And you are then deemed incompetent. I’ve also ordered from here before and the establishment is filthy. Had I not already paid my money I would’ve left. They never sweep their lobby, or wipe their tables. The glass windows are nasty and everything. So it’s obvious they could use the help, and it’s obvious I would’ve been willing. But at the end of the day what’s done is done. They need to hire people with better temper and attitudes because the employees they have now are not it!"

"I bought the new wings with the honey bbq sauce. When I looked at them, the young lady drizzled the sauce on them. When I asked for more sauce, she explained that they had the standard amount of sauce on them. I asked for more sauce. That's when her attitude kicked in and was told, if I wanted more sauce, it will cost 1 dollar per box for more sauce. I was standing there in disbelief. I paid the $ 2.12 and kept going. Why did I have to pay $2.12 per box when it was the one order that came in two containers? Maybe it because she failed to shake them up the first time and just being lazy! I don't know, but I will not be going back!"

"Just passing by and stopped for a quick lunch. Nothing special. First time I have ever seen bullet proof glass at the counter. Food is given to you thru a revolving service door. People walked in to stay warm while waiting for the bus, but were told to leave."

"Food was good but the service was horrible. They didn't have any straws, napkins, utensils or sauce. No ice for the drinks. They didn't have anything. But the food was fresh and good."

"Ordered for delivery, but they didn't bother to include HALF of our order. Missing 6-pc chicken, large sweet tea (they gave us an ice less, flat Coke instead), large mac & cheese, 1/2 gallon lemonade, gallon of sweet tea (my family likes sweet tea!), and 2 cinnamon apple pies. At least my chicken sandwich wasn't horrible."
