"Not the best location out there. I sometimes come to this location and to my surprise, it lacks in many areas. While the overall customer service is fine and drive thru times are surprisingly well, the quality of beverage that you receive lacks. Whenever I come to this location, my drinks are never made right. For example, if I ask for 3 cream I end up only getting 2 — there is certainly a difference in the taste of the drink as a result of this. Beyond that, there is way too much ice in the drinks. In fact, I went there today and I couldn’t even put my straw into the iced coffee since there was too much ice. Rather than focus on getting the drinks out to the customers faster, this location needs to focus and make it a priority to serve the customer with the right drinks."

"Went here for the first time (day before Thanksgiving) and it was good. Decided to try something new today and branch out from my usual basic self since it's on the edge of the end of fall/ beginning of winter. I decided to try a medium sized spiced cookie iced coffee with oatmilk, three shots of vanilla, a splash of sweet cream and sweet vanilla cold foam on top. I went inside, thankfully, because after I tried to sip I decided to add two sugars to it because I thought it needed a little bit more sweetness. But I am definitely a sweetness girl and have always been a huge fan of drinks when I have the option to choose for myself. But I can handle drinks if they aren't sweet. I just prefer sweeter drinks. But I did drink the whole thing and thoroughly enjoyed it and would consider ordering it again. But maybe getting a little bit more than a splash of sweet cream next time. The workers were great. My drink was delivered splendidly and quickly and I have nothing to say but good things."

"Great breakfast sandwichs, Egg turkey sausage cheese and English muffins really good, all kinds of coffee selections Hot to Cold of course who doesn't love the donuts! Staff has always been friendly and service is fast never had a long wait in the drive thru"

"Came here for small breakfast (avocado bacon toast) and frozen coffee before work. I’ve done this quite a few times before sometimes good sometimes bad. I read the reviews before & I should’ve listened other reviews & avoided this place. I never discriminate, but there is a huge language barrier any morning I order here. this morning, the cashier, didn’t understand that I wanted something taken off my order. She was real snappish and snobbish then she spoke to her coworker and told him to take something off my order and their language. When she did this, he looked at me and discuss the same way she looked at me. At that point I felt uncomfortable, and when they gave me the rest of my order, I wasn’t sure if wanted it to eat it with that look they gave me. DON’T go here. BTW the avocado toast bread was BRICK hard."
