"If I could give zero stars, I would. Not only did they not give us Spicy chicken when it clearly states on the order that’s what we ordered, they tried to lie to use that they gave us Spicy when we checked the chicken. We double check the order was fulfilled properly because they have on more than one occasion not provided what we paid money for. Then an employee proceeds to say how are they supposed to know if the chicken is spicy or not since they pack so much chicken. How does a Popeyes employee not know what they are packing? If you do not know what you are providing your customers, then why would a customer bothering ordering what they want. You might has well just put whatever the hell you want in a bag and hand it over and call it the order. The manager proceeded to claim only the breasts were mild and the rest of the 8 pc chicken was spicy, which again, they did not inform us until we told them the chicken was not spicy chicken. We have at other Popeyes locations been told they didn’t have spicy before and gave us the option to wait or take the mild. We come back despite knowing they constantly get orders wrong for the benefit of the doubt that they will improve but over and over they have not. I get it, people don’t paid enough to want to deal with being told they screwed up but why bother even having a job or having a business if you’re not going to do it properly. Will never give this place business again."

"The drive thru line takes a ridiculous amount of time to get them to even take your order. 5 minutes of simply waiting at the kiosk outside and no one even said please wait a minute. Nothing. I ordered an extra side of gravy for the mashed potatoes. I wound up getting a table spoon and a half of it for the ridiculous amount they charge. A side of gravy should not look like this. This franchise and company has gone down hill."

"Everytime I come to this location they never have all their menu items available something always out and the wait is ALWAYS 30plus minutes. It doesn’t matter what day or time of day it is, it is literally always like this. They got plenty of staff at least 5/6 people working here everytime I come in so I don’t know what the issue always is?! Oh and the chicken tenders are more like chicken nuggets, today I waited 35 minutes for my food and 70% was cold. Someone from corporate needs to do something about this location. All the other ones I have visited I have never had a problem with"

"This is single handedly the worst fast food experience I have had in my life! It was an awful way to spend my lunch break and I highly recommend you don’t go to this location. If I could give a 0 star I would and that would be a compliment. I placed a mobile order, I asked if they could no gravy on mashed potatoes. I was nice to her but she was very rude and did not want to do that for me. She deliberately put her hair on my food. I also believe she spit into my food. I will getting corporate involved because this behavior is unacceptable and the employee should lose her job because of how unsanitary it is that she works there still!!!"
