Big Boy

"I was there for lunch on February 1 of 2024. First of all, I want to say thank you for having a salad bar because some big boys no longer put that out during the week and they’re still using using Covid as an excuse . Also, the lady who greeted me and sat me, was my server. She was so attentive and so nice . The manager was actually cleaning food from the salad bar that was spilled onto the counters. He also met me at the cash register when I went to pay. She was so kind and polite. I just can’t say enough good things about her positive attitude. I had an injury to my finger a while ago, and she even asked me about it It was so nice. It was a legitimate concern not just making conversation. Also, the food was great. The restaurant was clean, including the bathroom. A+ for big boy.."

"I only went in to get a carry out dessert for my mother in law visiting home from SC. She wanted the hot fudge cake Sunday. It was packaged perfectly with the hot fudge in a soup container and the whipped cream and cherry in another. The cake and ice cream were in a to go box. She was very pleased and there was a ton of hot fudge leftover for us to use again. The staff member that helped me was friendly and helpful."

"We came in late an hour or so before closing but that did not matter service here was stellar. The waitres was able to keep up with my drowning act of dri king 3 waters before my meal hit the tile and always with a smile. I ordered the Mushroom & Swiss burger and I was amazing when it came out. The food looked exactly like the picture! It was delicious burger nicely cooked to perfection. This was the first time I came to big boy as I'm from the Southern states and I actually hope I get to go here once more and try the big boy burger that looks like a big Mac. How ever I feel the big boy burger will have the clowns burger running for its money."

"Went in for the potato pancakes advertised on the digital signage it was Saturday evening around 10pm. Less than a dozen people there. This place is clean and comfortable. Service was a little slow. The pancakes were alright, would have liked them cooked longer and a little crispier. A large group was in the corner and appeared to be happy. It appears Big Boy has done away with saucers and placemats. When I was given a cup of hot water with the tea bag in it. I do not like strong tea. The only place to put the teabag was on the table. I had to ask for a saucer, and was given a small bowl normally used for condiments. I am going to go back because they have more than one entree other than a salad for plant based diets."
