"I will never make the mistake of coming here again for one the customer service is wack, they charge you extra for veggies. I know no other subway that does this then had the audacity to get smart with me and ask me is there a problem when she tried to explain to me why there was barley any veggies on my sub including the extra jalapeños and banana peppers I asked for because they didn't get it right the first time. I ordered it at about 3:30 Friday afternoon July 28th. The black girl at the counter had a very sarcastic smart attitude and didn't want to refund me my order at first although she knew the person who ordered it for me. If you go right down the street and go to the one on Hayes you'll get a better deal and they won't tax you for veggies. PLEASE STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLES FOOD thanks !"

"Soooo they have signs up saying they charge more for extra veggies and sauce?! Who determines what is “extra”? Is there a set weight or quantity of veggies that are default and over that is “extra”? They gonna get skimpy and charge everyone extra?? All I know is my sub looked NOTHING like the picture on the menu, which was chock full of veggies. The sandwich comes with Tomatoes, but I do not get those, will that be DEDUCTED off my bill??? Silly greedy policy, won’t be back to this particular location."

"I have always loved eating Subway. It was quick, affordable and tasted good. However, over the last couple months I have had quite a change of heart. It all started when I placed an order through their app at the Clinton Twp location off Garfield, restaurant #12376. The order was not correct on 2 different occasions. I was told we could bring in the receipt and they would remake it. Unfortunately, when eating the sub the second time around, I pulled a long piece of hair out of my mouth! I called them to discuss the issues. I spoke with 2 different employees and then finally voiced my concerns to the manager Jackie. She was going to speak with the owner, but then never called me back. When I called back, I was told the owner wasn’t going to do anything. I am so grossed out and it has ended my long term love affair with Subway. The employees also keep stating they are short staffed and they are “trying their best”, unfortunately it is not the customer’s load to bear. I am paying for a product to be made properly and am tired of excuses. Too bad the owner doesn’t seem to agree."
