"This is a great little hidden gem diner! When you walk in the door, if you’re lucky like me, you’ll meet Mickey! She’s a beautiful soul that greets you with a smile and that energy that says you’re with family and she knows you haven’t been eating right! It was a quiet morning, but the atmosphere from the employees was lively and fun. The decor is brightly colored and clean. Random customers came in for takeout and left with smiles. I ordered the meat lovers skillet with red skin potatoes. My plate was mounded with food! I didn’t even eat a quarter of it before I was full. The potato’s had crispy skins, and they did NOT skimp on the cheesy goodness. It was perfectly seasoned and I never thought about picking up a salt or pepper shaker! She was patient while my son used his communication device to make up his mind about what he wanted and treated him like seeing someone nonverbal was an everyday occurrence. She never asked me what he wanted, just dealing with him. That means a LOT to me. He had the nachos grande and I could tell he loved it. He was dancing in his seat! This is going to become a staple when I’m in this area!"

"Food is always DRY and they over charge you and don't even add all of the ingredients. ... Been there a few times and each time they messed my order up ...... look at this nonsense Look at how dry the chicken is ...also where's the cheese and they also had no sauce on it... I paid over 10$ for this alone !!!!"

"I usually don’t have a problem with them but idk maybe management changed… but dude brushed off the fact my order was wrong. Simply asked for an egg in my salad and tried to say my eyes were lying. It wouldn’t be a big deal had he acted as if I was being irate when he should check his cook!"

"Great coney on the famous 8Mile in Detroit. This place has a huge menu with all the D Town staples . Chili fries, coney, huge burgers, and lots more. I've only eaten here a few times ,but both times were excellent. I like the convenience of them having a drive thru, making things quick and easy, and a sit-down service is available, though. On the weekend, this place is always packed, and the drive thru is to the street. It must be popular to have that kind of traffic showing up there. I am interested in trying more of the menu and will give an update when I do. Overall, I think this place is pretty good, and the portions are fair for the money."

"Very first time I ordered chicken and waffles it’s was heavenly after that it’s been hell. Always receive burnt waffles and tenders or they give me wings instead of tenders when I specify. The grits are from a completely different order they were cold, hard and the butter wouldn’t even mix into them."
