"Pulled up at dot speaker at 5:01 am and nobody was there..the website stated that they opened at 5 am however nobody even acknowledged the fact that I and other customers were there…please retrain or revamp the employees. I know all to well the procedure as I was a general mgr at BK for years…this is not acceptable and then there were at least 5 cars behind me that weren’t serviced…I hate going to certain places within the city cause it’s all the same…this is ridiculous"
"Service is usually pretty awesome and fast, but however today was the opposite. Who’s ever in charge of the drive through window this afternoon , they we’re very rude, and that is not acceptable."
"I ordered two breakfast sandwiches. They only gave me one pack of jelly. I asked for three. I ordered a caramel latte taste like water. Lady at the window that was taking everyone's money. She was really rude."
"We told the older lady with Red or burgundy hair 4 times what we wanted. She still didn't get it right kept asking us what do you want. We pull up with card in hand a she yells HURRY UP. The muffin was cold, and so is her customer service skills. I told my daughter in law that she should have pulled off and canceled the order. Needless to say we won't be revisiting this place."
"I came here earlier, and the two women that were working were extremely rude and unprofessional. My husband likes his coffee a certain way, and they were making jokes on the mic about his coffee being "too much" to make. He stated that if he's paying for it, he wants it the way he wants it. One of the women replied it was just a joke and handed his coffee to him forcefully and then replied, "Have a great day," with a very nasty tone. The other woman brought my lemonade, and while the 1st lady made a remark but made sure she couldn't be seen. His coffee was not made the way he asked for it to be made. The taste was bitter, and the coffee was lukewarm. It was about 4:10p to 4:15p we came there. I hope they are reprimanded for their behavior. No one should behave as such while doing their job."
