"I love Detroit BBQ! They were my favorite food truck after the Slow Roll bike ride. The brisket is my absolute favorite. I have used them for parties too..pulled pork and pulled chicken. Most recently, I contracted their food truck for my retirement celebration. It was a huge success and the service was great. Loved having a food truck in front of my house...amazing! "One word to describe the food and service is outstanding!! I had the pleasure of DetBBq cater my son’s graduation party. We got the pull pork and pull chicken with Mac and cheese and coleslaw. Everyone at the party loved the food and wanted to know where it was from. Lori went above and beyond to make everything so easy and stress free.
