"Stopped in for a quick carry out order. Close to hotel I was staying. 2 coney dogs add cheese, chili cheese fries. Got to room. No coney on the coney dogs No napkins or a fork for the messy meal. Food was hot and good. Just not good experience"

"I use to like eating at Lou's but lately like the past year this place food sucks. Today I ordered a veggie omelette no mushrooms all the veggies was burnt hashbrowns hard & burnt everything was burnt and nasty the toast was dry had no butter on it. I was so disappointed I will not be going back there. I ate it because I was starving in it was $10 on top of that I didn't have my car to go back. I called to let them know about the food he offered me a do over but I didn't even want another meal I just wanted to let them know how discussing the food was because this has happened many times before there but I let it slide this time I'm good on them if I could give them no star I would."
