"In town from Chicago to finally see a Wings home game at Little Caesars Arena and had to get my Loui's fix. This is the best pizza you will find in Detroit. The antipasto salad and Large Pepperoni-sausage-onion & green pepper combo is so good, we went two night in a row before we headed home. Loui's rocks !!!!"

"We walked in and put our name in with cell#. They said about 20 min and asked us to wait in our car. Waited 30min then went back in. The text was sent to the wrong number but written down correctly. Service was painfully slow, but they were not as busy as when we arrived. Sorry, I don't get it, the pizza is overrated. Not my first time. And the decor is tacky."

"Traveling for business and thought I’d try Loui’s for Dinner. It’s NFL playoff night so not many people were there. Still took a little bit to get seated however. Started off with the meatballs. They were pretty average meatballs if I’m being honest. Ordered the cheese and pepperoni pizza. They layered the pepperoni on the bottom of the pizza. The sauce was flavorful and it had plenty of cheese. Even though the pepperoni was on the bottom, I was expecting more of a pepperoni taste. The crust was good though as it had flavor and was crispy. Worth a shot if you’re in the area. The staff and vibes were excellent. Cost for dinner was relatively inexpensive."

"One of the best old-school Detroit pizza spot that is worth a visit. Their anchovy pizza is a must try, especially if you are scared of fishy taste. Only thing that makes me hesitated to come back is their lack of capability of dealing with so many customers at rush hour. We had to wait an hour from ordering to get the pizzas on the table. That being said our waitress was super nice and friendly, and the foods were nice. Solid 4.5 for the foods and service, but 3 star for the ridiculously long waiting for the food."
