"Well, once again, after a very expensive trip to this location for dinner for my parents, we were given sloppy food that was half empty. Bare minimum meat, sauce, cheese and lettuce, after specifically mentioning that the items we received the previous time were the same way. Tried calling several times, but of course got no answer. This used to be our go to location, but apparently the increase in menu prices also came with a decrease in their customer service. As someone who works in the food & beverage industry, I understand that there are errors some times, but we're all just getting ripped off at this point, especially when they simply refuse to answer and attempt to correct the error."
"Easily the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had. Cold food, chalupa falling apart, crunch wrap was soaked in sauce and only had meat nothing else, no sour cream or cheese sauce that we paid for, and a 15+ minute wait. Atrocious. I’m BEGGING you to get better staff."
"The food was disgusting the tacos look like they were thrown in the box Then you try to call the store. The line is busy. They're purposely putting their phone off the hook, so you can't talk to them. And I also tested it. I called 3 other taco Bells their phone's rang. Worst taco bell ever"
"I ordered 3 supreme tacos and was charged for it only to go back to work with skimpy regular tacos I couldn’t even eat them it looked some disgusting these people need to be fired !!!"
"This location is absolutely atrocious! The staff are rude and don't bother to even try to be polite. The wait times are ridiculous. The staff are way too busy arguing and having personal conversations to bother engaging with the customer. The food is gross and slapped together carelessly and is more often than not, wrong. Half the time they dont even give you all the items. When you ask for a correction or refund, they are rude or just refuse. The store is filthy and in disarray. There will be 12 employees behind the counter and yet no one acknowledges you are there. Calling corporate gets you nowhere. They say they will reimburse you but, they never do. Dont waste your time or money at this location. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else. They close the dining room very early in the day or do not open it at all. They are never open until their posted closing times. Corporate needs to fire everyone and start over. ONE STAR IS TOO MANY!!!"
