"I don't usually write reviews about fast food. But the woman who is managing tonight is exemplary. Great customer service, she should be training all customer service employees everywhere. It'd rare you take much notice of a taco bell but the fact you know she will take care of you if something goes wrong will make me go out of my way to shop at this taco bell when I want taco bell for dinner."

"While I understand the other negative reviews, that was not my experience. I order from here about once a week or once every other week. I've not had any issues, except the drive thru telling me to come inside to pickup DoorDash orders. Also, my cat thought this order was hers."

"Was at the drive thru window waiting to be helped for 10 min, all we ordered was a drink and 2 soft tacos, there was a man-woman at the window raging and complaining while people were ordering, she was throwing down cups and lids and rolling her eyes. Very selfish and rude Taco Bell, I’ll definitely take my services elsewhere, the Taco Bell at 14 and Crooks has wonderful staff, along with the one at 14 & John R. Maybe hire people that actually want to do their job, and not complain. Should be wearing hairnets and gloves as well, especially handling food and drinks. So improper . Never will return to this location. The worst part is this is the new rebuilt one, filled with careless employees."

"The whole lot reeked more than a concert when we pulled in tonight. We weren’t even close to close and they refused service saying the point of sale was down for 20 minutes. What point of sale takes 20 minutes to reboot? Mind you we waited for over 10 minutes just waiting to see if they’d let us pick up our order we placed in the app and at the end of 10 minutes they said it was 20 minutes again and told us to refund it. When driving past the window it was clear there was no one staffing the kitchen. They wouldn’t even answer the window for the guy who pulled in behind us. Very unprofessional and left us without food late at night."

"I used to drive to this location from Hazel Park bc the food and service was always good. Every since the remodel, the food is nasty and cold and it seems like if you minus anything they make sure they put extra of that item on. The staff is Rude as ever especially the Kool aid red haired female. Very disappointed in how terrible this place is now. The owner should really consider doing some major house cleaning on their staff there."
