"Food was decent but not worth the 30 for 2 chicken bowls, drinks and a small bag of chips. The protein was a bit dry and rice was clumped up. Short staffed per usual. Wasn't greeted or acknowledged. Staff seemed burnt out. The dining area was dirty, food on the floor and tables. No forks were to be found. Hot sauces and some juices were empty. Maybe a better experience before lunch rush."
"The trash and water over flowing all over the restaurant says it all. The food wasn’t event good; we had to throw it out it ended up being so bad."
"Placed order for a bowl via app for pickup. Ended up with a bowl that was not even half full - see pic! I should have looked to see all the other one star reviews before ordering at this location."
"I ordered Delivery. The "meal" (taco asada salad) was not even 1.25 cups of food in the bowl! I also purchased a balbacoa taco and some extras (extra chips for that "huge" salad). It ended up to be over $40...not including delivery tip! I wish I had taken a pic! For instance, I asked for peppers...there were 3 julienne peppers on the salad! I asked for black beans on the side and did not receive even 1/2 full of those little 'dressing' side containers!! There were probably 11 black beans!?! The taco was okay but overall it was a rip off. If it wasn't for recovering from major spine surgery and not being able to walk, I would have driven over to complain. What an expensive lesson!! It was my 1st experience and I was surely disappointed! I still can't believe how much money I wasted!!!"
"I am a huge fan of chipotle. The food is always great quality. But this particular store is AWFUL. It’s managed very poorly. The store is supposed to be open until 10 but always closes early. They are always running out of essential meal items that constantly turn customers away. On this particular visit it was only 7:40 pm and they were only accepting online orders. If you ask me it should be the other way around. They were also out of lettuce, all the teas and lemonades, and running very low on chicken, more than two hours before close. The store was also FILTHY! The floors were dirty and the garbage cans were overflowing. I can understand if there is a staffing issue, but these things are still unacceptable. Don’t think I’ll continue visiting this location."
