"This restaurant is honestly my favorite restaurant in toledo. This is the first time I've been here in 5 years since my nephews were born and I'm ecstatic to see how the family has expanded, thrived, and continued to deliver in the time they've been around. We came in after I'd been on essentially 24 hours no food from a depression low and partially off my meds a lil, and when I tell you the absolute delightful spice bouquet as you enter the vestibule, and having come here from feeling like I did, sonnets and epics have been written for less. If you are in the toledo area for someone and they don't bring you here at least once to experience this level of bliss in culinary craft, they don't love you. What I experienced today was something that no one person should go without, and what could only be conveyed by words I dare not enter on a public forum. If you have loved ones, they need this. If you love yourself, you need this. If you don't love yourself, you can learn to here, as a treat. I apologize to any readers who are looking at my words as excessive or over the top, but that is honestly exactly where I'm at with what I'm feeling. Outbursting over a number of things, but I've never had food that's ever felt like it was telling me it's ok before today. And this is just the food, this is not even speaking on the family themselves, who have cultivated and illustrated the atmosphere and menu into the true tapestry it is, as well as their genuine love and care for who walks in and what they're going to provide. We ordered tandoori chicken wings, normally not an appetizer, and got like a half order as one, as well as the chicken pakori, our go to order of biryani, then baklava and the lemon blueberry cheesecake. The tandoori wings were so delightfully seasoned to be a soft pallet of spicy, sour, salty and umami, and served on a garnish bed of onions and peppers that most places pale to reach in a full menu of items in flavor. The pakori was so pefectly fried and only made more decadent and enamoring by both the mint chutney and sweet glaze sauce beside it. We already had a strong love in our hearts for the always comforting biryani and yogurt sauce, and were so excited and delighted to try baklava from here that i dont think was previously, but then, the lemon blueberry cheesecake. It was actually a chocolate blueberry cheesecake with a specially made jellied lemon you would add onto your fork before each bite. You will never have a better cheesecake. You can think of one, it will not. Places dedicated to cheesecake couldn't touch this cheesecake. And it was such a glorious end to an already riveting and gorgeous experience after not being back in so long g. This post is an outpouring, yes, and it is quite a long read, but do it for you. You deserve this today. TL/DR: Love yourself, your friends, and your family, and come here. Bring them, even if its once. Because you need to, for you, as a treat. EDIT: Had listed initially as +$100 a person but we also bought 2 of the homemade gift set of sauces plus a soy sauce, all of which is homemade by the son. Actual meal was roughly 90 after tip"

"Excellent customer service. The staff made us feel happy and welcome. On top of that, the food is great! We had the chicken tikka masala, the lamb vindaloo, onion bhaji (which comes with 3 sauces), and garlic naan. I recommend them all. I can't wait to go back."
