Hungry Howie's Pizza

"Ordered a few pizza's today for children and myself. Mind you, we already started eating pizza. Why did I have hair in my slice it was cooked in the pizza. This location has went down over the years. Always new staff, nasty attitudes, plus they be over worked those kids be there open to close. Anyway I'm not ordering any more food from them until they start wearing hair-nets in there. GREEN LANTERN HERE I COME!!!"

"Ordered by text. Pick up order at lunch time. It was ready, but I specifically asked for no butter/parmesan on my pizza deluxe. Even states it on the receipt. There IS butter and parmesan on it. Won't be back. I don't have time to go back and have it fixed. I only have so much time for lunch. In the garbage it went. Salad was fine. Won't waste my money again."

"Online ordering was easy, ordered direct from Howie's website but order was delivered by a Dasher (which is fine, she was great). The food is ok at best. I ordered a mac and cheese pizza with butter cheese crust and pumpkin spice bread with an extra icing. There was no flavoring on the crust and no panko breadcrumbs on the pizza. I did not receive the additional icing that I paid for. The bread was awful. Both the pizza crust and bread were like cardboard. Extremely tough and dry. After a piece and a half of bread, it went to the garbage. And this is a small issue, but the cut was so off on the pizza that one of the slices is literally 4 inches. I definitely will not order from this store again."

"I placed an order for pick-up and experienced poor customer service because I was not acknowledged when I entered the store and it took longer than usual to be assisted. I said hello twice because I black curly hair and a hat....maybe it was attached to a pumpkin in the back that I couldn't see because no one responded. I opened the door again in hopes that maybe the door chime wasn't heard by the employees, then through the small door window, I saw a guy come from somewhere in the back and he sat down. It was before 9pm, so I knew they weren't closing, so I said hey, how y'all doin, and a few moments after, I was then able to be assisted and retrieved my order. The wings were cooked well and I noticed the consistency with seasoning. My son enjoyed the Mac n cheese pizza; however, I was not a fan because it tasted like boxed mac-n cheese on a pizza. The inside was clean."

"So I gave a one, uno!! Let start here I originally attempted to order using the customer service one line ordering service I was disconnected in between placing my order which prompted me to call back and press option two to be in contact with the store itself. I placed my order and head over to the store; LESSON #1 TO SELF- CHECK THE ORDER While driving I start feeling nauseous; , I was riding with an Italian sub meat only no vegetables, however I am a vegan. I ordered the veggie sub. DISGUSTED during the ride home to open it and be angry with myself! FULL OF MEAT NO VEGGIES I called when I go home; the young lady informed me she had just turned off the oven and if I could call tomorrow. I called and spoke to the young man who answered the phone. He seems to be very frustrated about my issue. He said give him 15 minutes and hung up that’s why you get a one star ."
